Assign units & seats fairly
Upload a slot list and a participant list as Excel. Phase 1 draws, phase 2 assigns 1:1. (List processing & retention fee from $1.99)
How it works
- Phase 1 — SHA-256 draw selects as many participants as there are slots
- Phase 2 — selected participants are assigned 1:1 to slots (separate server seed)
- Certificate — assignments listed in slot-list (Excel row) order
Select Data Source
Recorded on the certificate as the source. Use a link participants can check (building notice, recruitment page, etc.).
Excel row order becomes the certificate order. Pick the label columns; they are joined with a space (e.g. Building + Unit → 101 1203).
Client Masking: Client-side masking: uploaded data is masked and hashed in your browser before being sent to the server — no PII is ever exposed.
Host & Event Information
This information appears on the certificate. Fill in the minimum required fields.
Influencer or organization name. Displayed at the top of the certificate.
Result link, masked report, and receipt will be sent here.
👑 Enterprise Options (B2B only)
Add your company/brand logo and custom colors to the certificate.

Slot list Excel
If there are fewer participants than slots, everyone is selected and the remaining slots stay empty. With more participants, only as many as there are slots are selected.
Choose how winners are labeled on the certificate
Matching processes two lists (slots and participants: masking, de-duplication, proof data) and keeps the proof data permanently, so a $1.99 processing & retention fee applies regardless of participant count. The PDF certificate and list download are included; phase 2 costs nothing extra.
Fairness Verification Seed (Client Seed)
This string is combined with the server timestamp to generate a SHA-256 random number. You can edit it — leaving it blank restores the auto-generated value.
seedString = "{project_id}-{timestamp_ns}-"
hash = SHA-256(seedString) → Joins to Proof
The processing & retention fee is charged after the list is confirmed, right before the phase-1 draw. Phase 2 has no extra charge.
